I’m pretty “into” brain/reaction training as I believe they help keep your brain active and sharp. I think brain “exercise” is as important as physical activities.
I’ve been doing “trainings” on and off that I find helpful and “do-able”. I do not jump into challenging ones that discourages because its no point if it doesn’t motivates you.
Anyway, I’m going to share a few…
1. Zzzscore 1 to 50. Try to click in order 1 to 50 in the fastest time.
2. Brain Age, Nintendo game. (This game have many ways which you can exercise your brain… including calculations, memories matching, spelling…etc)

I used to play the Nintendo game! The lowest age possible was 20, but I was way younger than that at the time. ?
1 to 50, I got 54 first and 48 last. Probably not my thing. ?
But it wasn’t that bad! On my worst I went almost to a minute!
I’ve tried getting a younger age on the NDS game … but then I just gets older :/
I was so angry, I quit!! haha
Aaaaaargh! My first try was at 58 seconds and then at 48. Now I have something to play with ?.
Haha, glad you enjoyed it!
Great improvement! 48 seconds is pretty fast!
Maybe, but I want to go below 30! So far… mission failed ?.
Very interesting post. I use the Mahjong game to train my brain
hehe … I’ve hear many people around me do that too …
but whatever you use, as long as it trains your brain, it’s a good method 🙂
I belong to luminosity, but I have never done what you have here. I do like playing Majong on line.
Oh, I do play mahjong too … on my mobile …
but I sucks at it and almost always go bankrupt :’/
My score on the first one was 35.11. Cool! I do believe in brain training. We all need it.
WOW WOW WOW!!
How did you do that, Carol?????
My best was just slightly below 40 seconds!!
You’re super sharp or at least great hand-eye coordination!!
