My favorite bread is from corn and oats.
Living in New Orleans I was almost addicted to the fresh beignets. Soooo good!
I have been wanting to try baking beignets I might do it after all.
I am a big bread lover. I usually pick wholegrain mutigrain breads because they are a bit healthier, but I just love to have a soft fluffy white bread from time to time.
I used to bake bread often when I lived in Latvia Ellie.
