Blue Mountain National Park Or 45 Minutes walk here? The choice is yours

I often go to places of tourists’ interest but generally do not repeat them. However, I now live in Canberra but often go to Sydney for official purpose. I try to go there on Fridays and stay overnight.

During my visits to Sydney I always make it a point to visit Katoomba Falls in Blue Mountains, a beautiful area with different tourists attractions. The area has Three Sisters, Blue Mountains National Park and different walking areas.

The last time I went to Blue Mountains I walked at different places beside going to the Falls itself. I walked in the National Park, 45 minutes scenic beauty and several other  places including walking areas.

By the way if go the Blue Mountains, where would you like walk first?

    • It is a wide spread tourist destination near Sydney which attracts a large number of visitors. You can check it by Googling “Blue Mountains”

    • Both places are close by so you can visit both of them easily. Please ignore my other comment posted in another post due to a glitch.

    • That’s right, a train journey is 2 hours from Sydney Central (if you travel on a Sunday it costs only $2.50 for any distance, any number of trips by any public transport)

  1. We went (it was more than 15 years ago now) and had a blast!

My favorite walk in Sydney though is through the gardens to the Opera house and back!
