I often go to places of tourists’ interest but generally do not repeat them. However, I now live in Canberra but often go to Sydney for official purpose. I try to go there on Fridays and stay overnight.
During my visits to Sydney I always make it a point to visit Katoomba Falls in Blue Mountains, a beautiful area with different tourists attractions. The area has Three Sisters, Blue Mountains National Park and different walking areas.
The last time I went to Blue Mountains I walked at different places beside going to the Falls itself. I walked in the National Park, 45 minutes scenic beauty and several other places including walking areas.
By the way if go the Blue Mountains, where would you like walk first?

Well, I could alternately. Both places are beautiful.
what’s the context? am I on vacation?
I am not sure about you but I am on a vacation right now 🙂
The park sounds more inviting to me.
It is a wide spread tourist destination near Sydney which attracts a large number of visitors. You can check it by Googling “Blue Mountains”
looks good I would like both walks
Both places are close by so you can visit both of them easily. Please ignore my other comment posted in another post due to a glitch.
Is the walk track strait or hilly area ?
Kind of both, but it’s not a tedious walk.
It was an impressive tourist spot, after all, I only needed less than two hours to arrive in Sydney…
That’s right, a train journey is 2 hours from Sydney Central (if you travel on a Sunday it costs only $2.50 for any distance, any number of trips by any public transport)
Have never been there, but would love to walk through and see what is there. ☀️
I am sure, every nature lover would love to walk there!
Photos represent a very beautiful nature.
Thank you very much.
So sweet, thanks for your kind words.
It’s really a wonderful park for walking and relaxing
It’s more than wonderful! Thanks for the kind words.
First the national park and if there is energy left the scenic route.
You won’t feel tired or exhausted!
I will distribute my time so that I can visit both places shown in the pictures.
Sure, that’s a good choice 🙂
We went (it was more than 15 years ago now) and had a blast!
My favorite walk in Sydney though is through the gardens to the Opera house and back!
That’s one of my favorite one too and I will soon post images from that walk, thanks for everything.
I will post some of my pictures later this week!
