Sharing a photo with Albert’s Let’s Do More challenge. Every now and then, for something a little different, I will edit one of my photos. This Marigold is from last year’s spring garden. I added a touch of magic to change the appearance slightly to look more like a painting than a photograph.
Not sure if I was successful but I enjoyed the process. That is what counts, right!
Are you having a good day on this Wednesday?
It has become a nice picture with warm colors
Thank you very much my friend. Have a great weekend.
Beautiful and cheerful colors!
Thanks, I thought so too on this cold day. Have a good day Ellie.
Have a wonderful weekend, Carol! 🙂
Thanks and you do the same.
Wonderfully you did it. I found it difficult to recognize that this is a marigold
Wow, I was only trying to do a subtle edit.
This is a very refreshing painting.
Well thank you very much Albert. 🙂
What a beautiful flower!
Thanks I liked the bright colors of this one.
Very veey nice flower.
Thank you very much.
great effect- the petals look like brushstrokes
Thanks, i was going for a subtle look.
it is very subtle, and all the more powerful for it…
Less is more …..is what I say
less and less would agree with us anymore
This edit looks pleasant to my eyes!! Nice!
You are so nice to say such kind words. Thank you!
Incredible effect Carol. I love plants that help keep pests at bay as the marigold does. My wife is the gardener in our house and since she has started planting marigolds amongst the vegetables, we have had better yields.
Thank you Andre, you seem to know all about the marigold. They also keep the deer away from what my neighbors tell me.
