My cats were relaxing in the screen room earlier, as usual. I snapped this photo of the Dude. His eyes were almost closed, it was nap time. It is always nap time for my cats. But I cannot blame them.
The temperatures are heating up quickly this year. Feels like spring has gone and summer has arrived in the middle of May. Suppose to get up to 90 degrees and humidity today. Not my favorite kind of weather.

Dude, you are so cute! Yes, our cats are always sleepy. It’s also summer in our country and the weather is extremely hot.

I like summer because it means boating season has arrived. But I agree with you that 90 and 90 (temp and humidity) doesn’t work well.

I know you like the water. I wouldn’t mind the heat if I was out on water. The humidity is what I cannot handle.
that is the joy of hot air, when you are on the water, it isn’t hot!!!
Reminds me of the deep sea fishing trips with my Dad years ago.
It really is wonderful. On a lake, on the ocean or a river, the water cools the air. Instead of the furnace blast, you get on land!

I like the slightly cloudy or windy days – doesn’t rain, not too hot (still have some sun) and not too cold :p
