I have these two also in my Canberra house. The fruits will not be ready to eat when I will reach there in the end of August but show their signs. I have a number of Black Berries Vines on the wooden fencing in my back yard.
I regret that I lost photos of Blue Berry plants due to my carelessness despite the multiple warnings by Google. But I will post them here when I reach to my second home at the end of August along with other fruits.
In the meantime please look at these two fruits and let me know about your preferred fruit? Thank you all…

I love the small pears.
Yes but they don’t last long. You have to eat them within 15-20 days once they start ripening else they get rotten.

Everybody chooses apples or oranges first, but pears are vastly under-rated.

Never force me to make a choice with fruits, I love them all. I wish I could have some blackberry plants in my garden. we get only canned black berries here.
You are free to take both or all since there is no restriction whatsoever 🙂
I will take pears over blackberries. We always picked blackberries growing up. We would eat them with sugar and milk, or Mom would make a cobbler.
I do not have Blueberry pics here but I will post them a few weeks later. I hope you will like them too.
I love both these fruits although I do not eat them that often as they are rarely in season here in Canada except for the summer. I also love wild blueberries which you can pick up on the side of the roads leading up to cottages and summer retreats. Thank you for posting these reminders…
We have different type of black berries in this area. Some are bigger and some are smaller. the one in this picture is a bigger variety but yet to grow fully.
I have this plant in my home , and i used to enjoy it along with many birds
I am sure as we have a big number of birds here and they take their fair share 🙂
