During the holidays, I visited the small town of Nin to see its sights. One of the landmarks is the Church of the Holy Cross, also known as the smallest cathedral in the world, the Roman Catholic Church and the most famous monument in Nin. It was built in the pre-Romanesque style in the 9th century. It is located in the heart of the old historic Nin. Due to its unique architectural design, the church was considered one of the most representative monuments of Croatian early medieval architecture. Within the church complex are the remains of late antique residential architecture

It is very strange why there is no cross on the ceiling, which is typical of all temples
