In the picture is a natural rock that they left when they constructed the waiting shed. One guy in the area said that the rock is enchanted so they didn’t have the guts to remove it. Besides, it is not easy to crush that big rock with the use of a pick ax.
In our culture, there is the folklore and myth about enchanted rocks. That there are spirits living inside the rock so you might get punished if you disturb their abode. So many still believe in that kind of myth such that some natural objects remain in public places even if it is already an eyesore.
