Be Mindful Two

In the first mindful post the focus was on breathing. This post is about being in the moment. It is not always easy to put the failures of yesterday and worries of tomorrow interfere with living “today”.

The goal today is to create focus and moments is to eat focus and moments a little at a time. Today when you have something to eat use it as a focus moment. Focus on the texture, flavor, and the good fuel your body. For just a few moments block everything else out.
