This bath sponge is ver convenient as it is a great help specially when one wants to reach the back. I am using it.
It can also be used as a back scratcher as the reverse side is hard. Why ask someone to scratch your back when you can coveniently do it yourself using the hard part of the bath sponge?

I don’t use it, because I know no matter how I wash it after use, bacteria still make it as their home sweet home. but I am glad you like using it.
I do not get you. Where does the bactereia come from?
No matter how much you clean yourself and ypur space, you don’t live in sterile environment. Bath sponges, dish sponges and towels hold a lot of moisture that’s the perfect environment for bacteria, and dead skin or food remains provide food for the bacteria. This is what I read online, and it applies for toothbrushes as well. No need to panic though, just clean them thoroughly and regularly.
What matters are the consequences. I have not had any bad effects using this gadget if I might call it
so agree with ellie relax. but if you have a sensitive skin it is not advisable to have stuff like this when you take a shower.
I find it extremely useful. It reaches the unreachable (lol) with no side effects.
