A beautiful village on top of hill is Batagram. It is situated on the Shara e Karakorum the way to China from Pakistan. When you travel from Islamabad to gilgit, o the way near to Mansehra you will find this beautiful place. A district name Batagram is also here on the road , but this Batagram is on the top of hill Kohostan.

It is a small village about to fifty to sixty houses. No market available here and no other facilities except drinking water. All items of daily routine being purchased from about to five kilometers of distance. The all way from market to village is a difficult on the hill. But people use this way on daily basis for completing their requirements.
