Autumn Joy Sedum

Autumn Joy Sedum is growing nicely in the garden. I have kept it in my deck garden for years. I finally decided to move it to the garden as it was outgrowing the container. Transplanting always makes me nervous. But so far it looks nice and green.

I am not sure if it will change colors this year or not. Time will tell. I hope it does as the butterflies are always attracted to this plant. I have it beside my butterfly bush in Dustin’s garden.

    • There you are! Yes you could put your palm on it, it is that big. And growing even bigger in the garden now, instead of the deck container.

  1. Maybe I was not active yet when you posted the flower but I can say, it is really beautiful. It’s a good thing to know that transplanting is successful.

  2. We shall see (fingers crossed).

I remember my dad growing tomatoes. He grew them indoors (in his greenhouse) and then planted them outside the minute it was warm. He would always lose a few. But most of them thrived!

  3. I know the nervousness that comes with transplanting …
we’ve crippled a few plants because of that… some survived but many don’t :/
