I was in Kranj for several days. When I completed all the work I had, I decided to take a walk on the canyon of the river Kokra. The view of the canyon from the bridge was wonderful. The Kokra River was very low because it was not raining for some time. Since the trail leads through the forest, the view of the trees is wonderful. Wherever I looked, the trees were turning green in colorful autumn colors. I met many visitors who were walking with their pets – dogs and enjoyed a beautiful view and peace.

Very nice walkway. I still love to walk despite knee and back problems. I try to overcome the pain to take a walk even though I pay for it after. Better to keep moving and walking rather than stiffen up. Maybe I will take a walk through our beautiful Gatineau park this coming week to see the wondrous colors autumn offers.

I think that keeping active despite pain is the best medicine.

Very pretty. I used to love walking and would often walk miles. I can’t do that anymore because of leg pain, but I still try to walk around when I can.
I’m also getting harder to go … I’m having trouble with my legs, but I’m still trying to make a walk every day
