Sharing a photo with Alibb’s Alphabet Crazy Challenge. I have a friend in Australia. She sends me gifts several times a year, for my birthday, Christmas, etc. This photo shows part of the gifts she sent me one year at Christmas.
This is an apron and an oven mitt, all about Australia. I love this and have not used it yet, but it is in my kitchen. I remember her each time I see it.
She is such a special friend. I hope we can meet one day. We both have lost a child. An instant bond between the two of us. We share a lot and I am blessed to have a friend who truly understands.

Lovely apron, I had pen friends for many years in other countries and I have only met one of them when he visited New Zealand, he was from Sweden.
It was great to meet him and I learned a lot.
I do write snail mail still to a friend in Pennsylvania.. She is a great friend and like her a lot and there has been quite a few friends ..

Funny how we are sometimes friends online with many that we never get to meet in person. I guess it is suppose to be that way with many.
