April 1st ~ I made it! Choices

It is a choices are made for me again day. Again it’s doctors, different hospitals and more tests.

I am told the procedures will be painless and I won’t remember what is going on. It shouldn’t take more than 4 hours to get the information that they need. Test results won’t be immediate and then I have been promised that I will have the accurate information and can make all my medical choices.  I am grateful for that.

So I am going to listen to music I like while driving. I am going go get in 1000 steps, because I really have no idea how long this will take.

My water intake will be much lower today.  I can only have 32 ounces before the testing so that is the goal. I really have no idea how I will feel when they are done.

I tried to pick a happy doctor like picture to keep myself from getting to worried about what might be instead of what is. Since I don’t know what is, there is no point in worry.

  1. Praying does help a lot. Eat healthy, think positive no matter what. I just watched a video on facebook about a dying man that recovered when a nurse sang with him. His mood lifted, he sang with the nurse, and soon he got well, and went home. Just think about all you want to do, pray, and let nothing stop you from being all you can be, no matter what.

  2. sometimes I have a favorite doctor. When i meet my goals, she is my favorite. When I don’t and she reminds me she is not my favorite.

Good luck and best wishes for the procedure!
