Anti Bluelight or Blue ray

I’ve been checking on anti Bluelight or Blue ray screen protectors. I believe Bluelight or Blue ray are harmful to us, especially our eyes. Although, there are some experts that disagree …However, it’s “universally” agreed upon that Bluelight or rays will affect our sleep. They affect our body production of a hormones that help us fall asleep.

Anyway, since I’ve gotten the screen protectors, I decided to try them out … After some researching online, I found a site that shared a few ways to test if your screen protectors/spectacles really have the ability to filter out the blue rays.

They even have the graphics prepared for you (yes, the photo above). I’m not sure if you can tell the difference but I placed my screen protector against the bottom half of the image … It’s slight (very slight) darker, especially on the blue hue…

well this means, this protector did block out SOME blue rays … but of course it’s not doing a good job. If it’s a good blue ray filter (say blocking out 80-90%), then the blue area should appear as dark as the one on he right.
