Aloo Puri ~ Ready To Serve

Hello Everyone,

Today, I made “Aloo Puri” at home. I would like to take a poll on this most popular Indian dish. It is such a recipe that can be made in almost all the Indian houses and the best part is that the dish is very easy to prepare.

Aloo, Wheat Floor, Curd, and some spices are all you need to prepare this delicious food. One can enjoy this simple and yet classy meal at any time of the day, but I personally prefer to eat in the morning.

I would suggest, do try this dish at once. I hope you also like it 🙂

  1. I wish you were here to prepare it for me, Ankushji! I love Aloo Puri but I have never prepared it. I remember one time in Jaisalmer, I had ordered it for breakfast on the roof of an eating house. After 10 minutes, a boy (maybe 10 years old) came up the steps with the tray, a big smile on his face. Perhaps it was his first day to work there, and he seemed very proud. At the top step he tripped and the tray went flying through the air, with a lot of noise and the breakfast everywhere. I had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes for my breakfast, but I bet that poor boy suffered more than me!
