As a reminder these were my goals.
1. Control my breathing
2. Control my emotions
3. Work in an efficient and relaxed manner
4. Appreciate the moments.
5. Use kind words.
I did fairly well at controlling my breathing. My brother keeps making us check our oxygen. With the pneumonia we have in the house he is obsessed with it. I was above 90 every time he checked it so I passed. My husband failed though.
I did use kind words and when I didn’t others reminded me of the goal and I had to come up with a different word. (It does help to be accountable.)
Work was a bit stressful. I will give myself a C- grade there.
My journal is full so I believe I appreciated the moments.
