While I’m really afraid to make suggestion here because I don’t know how they’ll be viewed … I think this suggestion might be useful to all … but I’m not sure …
I remember there used to be an “edit” button right after you submitted a post (on the “thank you” page), and now it’s no longer there … (or perhaps I missed it?)
I thought its a pity because the edit button really made editing mistakes easier. Since I’m usually the absent minded and “clumsy” person, I often only realise some mistakes after submitting and then I’ve to go back into my profile and then go to post and then … (you know the steps) before I could edit the post …
Again, this could only have affected me, it may not affect people who are more careful …

I never knew the change before reading this post. Of course, it’s an important button for anyone because almost everyone has made a mistake.
Perhaps you aren’t so absent minded to need that edit button :p
Generally I write spontaneously, just before posting, but even so, I tried to make sure that the writing was correct by editing it before sending. I’ve ever also “Upz…” but it’s already been posted, that’s why I think I need that button too…
So I am not sure if I marked it correctly, but I desperately need the edit button back. I don’t know if there is any one who reads the general posts that will find this. I was hoping it would make me a better proof reader when it left, but that simply is not the case with me. Perhaps if all sent and private message to the people who are in charge. Does anyone know who that would be?

Absolutely we should have this edit button. I have asked about it numerous times, but like other things, I get no response. We can only hope things change with communication. But I do understand your frustration. I have the same attitude.
We can only hope the admins take this into consideration, especially when more users express that they want the button too
