A simple cheap breakfast

The vegetarians may like this simple breakfast that I had invented. It is an offshoot of the beef steak that my mother used to prepare. Sliced potato cooked as fries and sliced onion mixed with the potato plus soy sauce for the finishing touch, a simple but nutritious and delicious breakfast. It is best eaten with buttered toast.

Sometimes you have to innovate just to have a change of flavor. It is not exciting to eat fried egg every morning or maybe cheese and bread. Experiment for a change of menu.
