It is wonderful to have a green wall instead of concrete everywhere. I just fell in love with this green wall the moment I saw it. I went and bought myself some curtain vine and I am hoping to replicate this some day soon.
This one in the thumb nail is actually made from the fig ivy plant. The vine can grow so thick and strong and it could as strong as a concrete wall in time. Most people allow this vine to grow on their walls, but the roots are so strong that it could tear up the wall plaster very quickly.
Growing it on a bamboo or on iron railing would be better. Natural walls would not only provide privacy but keep the place cool too. I am hoping that my green wall will grow as attractive as this one and give me some privacy from my prying neighbors. I also think it would clean up the air around me and filter out some of the pollution from the vehicle.

That’s a great idea. It looks beautiful.
It does, I am planning to get this done in a couple of places in my garden.
i love living walls, they are so interesting. I have tried twice to cover our back fence but because of shade have failed!
True, shade doesn’t help most of these plants.
yup and my back fence only has one area without shade!
Each portion of greenery brings a benefit to our lives.
I cannot argue with you on that, I just love greenery anyways.
