Our community center organised a largely subsided trip to the Gardens by the Bay, a well-known tourist attractions in Singapore, especially for plants/flowers lovers. After which we did a “tour” around our CBD area, seeing the festive lights …
I’ve taken quite some photos of the wonderful plants, sadly some I don’t know their names because there aren’t signs to say so and some are badly taken due to the light and crowd. I really can’t stop too long at a place without “blocking” the walkway…
Anyway, I’d like to share some thing I learn during the trip (no plants yet, since I haven’t yet gone through them all).
These “knowledge” are things we probably all know about – global warming and extinctions of plants and animals, but we may not know the seriousness…
Maybe this would help a little …

In the past, we have done a lot of damage to our climate, so everything is possible
That’s true, who knows what will happen next
I am sure. It happens to everything. My mom used to say “Everything is born with an expiration date.”
I guessed your mom is right about that!
Just how soon, huh? :/
Eventually we will all be a statistic sadly.
Yes, eventually …
just, how soon?
