A friend of mine sent me an email today asking this question “Do you create tragedy in your life out of fairly minor incidents?”
Well, after about 30 seconds I said, outloud, “of course I do and how stupid is that? I get all worked up over things that are completely out of my control. I fester over something that already happened and can’t be changed.”
I wear a tracker that alerts me when I need to move more. I need a tracker that alerts me when I need to worry less and move on. I wish someone would invent that for me!
In the meantime I guess the best thing I can do is if I recognize that I am “brewing” over something that I have no control over. Find a way to let it go.
