Inspired by Fortune’s post, I decided to share 5 random facts about myself.
I could probably have thought of some more interesting ones, but maybe next time.
- I could eat cheese toast every day – either for breakfast or for dinner.
- When I was little, I was obsessed with Ancient Egypt and I wanted to study Egyptology.
- I am very clumsy; I am always dropping something, tripping, or demolishing everything around me.
- If I could have one superpower, it would be teleportation.
- The “925” in my nickname comes from my love for silver jewelry. When I was a teenager, I used to wear a ton of rings.
Would you share an interesting fact about yourself?

Silver jewellery has this number stamped on it meaning that there’s 92,5% of silver in the metal. Silver is rather soft, so to make things out of it, it’s usually mixed with other materials, for example, copper. The number 925 is like proof that the jewellery meets the standards for sterling silver.
It’s good to look for the stamp when you buy silver jewelry.
I speak sign language because my parents are deaf and I also am a Sign Language interpreter.
That’s amazing, thank you for sharing this fact about yourself!
I will post one about me. I kind of like this challenge.
Sorry I forgot to mention that this post is very interesting and gives me a little more insight into the person you are.
Thank you so much for your kind words; looking forward to reading your post! 🙂
I love Ancient Egypt also, but not when I was a child but now.
It’s captivating at any age.
my favorite is Queen Nerfertiti. I always imagined her as a very beautiful queen.
Mine were Ramesses II and Cleopatra.
maybe we are reincarnation of Egyptian descent.
Hehe, to be honest, I used to fantasize about that when I was little. 🙂
I can imagine.. you might had been wearing a headress with a toy snake or snake made from play doh.
Same here. I am very clumsy! hihi
Haha, I feel relieved I am not the only one.
Well first off, that picture. YUM! I can see why you like it so much. I love it was well. I did not know what the 925 was about. That is way cool. I also share your clumsiness. I remember my mother telling me that it was okay, because I would grow out of it. I am still waiting…
Haha, mine never look as appetizing but I am more generous with the cheese. 😀 Glad to hear I am not the only clumsy person here.
As a kid, I fought with the boys. I loved them.I learned new things for you dear. thanks
Thank you so much and thanks for sharing a fact about yourself!
well now we know a little bit more.
Loves cats,
loves to make dessert
thanks for sharing I am up to 7!
Haha, there are probably some more interesting ones, but my mind doesn’t work this way.
there are quite a few – i’ve also enjoyed your posts for 3 plus years now!
Hahaha…number 3. I share some with you. There is never a phone I have ever bought that has never been damaged some way or another.
I’m also interested in learning more about ancient Egypt.
Yeah, why do they make the phones so slippery? Haha
I just wonder. It would be nice if they add the gripping feature because some of us are profiting phone companies with frequent damages
Nothing can save a phone from me, even if it’s on the table I will find a way to make it fall. They have been surprisingly sturdy though, other devices haven’t had this luck.
Hahaha…there are sturdy phones that can withstand a fall.
Very cool. Ancient Egypt is very interesting
It’s such an amazing world indeed!
May we see some of the jewelry you collect or like : )
I used to wear really cheap rings that aren’t interesting anymore, but I may show some of the minerals I collect. 🙂
Thanks for sharing your facts about yourself, dear Ellie …. I think I know you a little better now …. maybe I’ll post this post once too
Thank you, I am looking forward to reading them. 🙂
Are you still obsessed with silver jewellery?
I don’t wear much jewellery anymore
Now I know you better! ?Maybe I’ll join this challenge.
It’s a fun way to learn more about each other. 🙂
Very nice challenge and very nice you shared 5 facts about you.
Thank you, it’s Fortune’s idea and everyone can join. 🙂
I went to school with the niece and nephew of the famous Academy award-winning actor, Sidney Potier. I didn’t believe their claims of kinship until Mr. Potier showed up at a school dance as his niece’s escort. Now whenever anybody tells me their kin to a celebrity, whether it’s true or not, I believe them!! LOL.
They must have triumphed when their uncle came to the school!
Oh, I tell you! Talk about a Victory Dance! The thing is that even though their uncle was very famous, they were very cool and down to earth. The niece was a little older than me. But I got along great with her brother. Of course, I have been away from Miami, Florida for so long they probably don’t even remember me. But I sure remember them! LOL. 🙂
Haha, I can imagine! Maybe Facebook could help, often childhood friendships are the ones that don’t get forgotten.
Did you ask Sidney Potier for an autograph or a picture??? That school dance would be a success!!!
Thanks for sharing your facts. Maybe I’ll share my facts.
I’d love to read them! It’s a fun way to learn a bit more about each other.
I want to join this one too, thanks for the reminder.
I talk to my cats as if they were human. I think they understand a lot of what I say. 🙂
Animals surely understand more than most people give them credit for. 🙂
I completely agree with you.
