5 A Day

For many years I did the five a day program. At least 5 glasses of water and 5 servings of fruits or vegetables (any combinations work). I like vegetables more than most fruits, so I am heavy on the vegetable side. I am going back to my ” 5 a day program.” 

I think it will be a little different this time and I will add some things (in groups of 5). I am only committing  to doing this four weeks. Then evaluate. I will use these simple questions to evaluate Is it working? Is it worthwhile? Does it improve my life and the lives of those around me?
