About 10,000 steps are ideal for health. There are scientific studies that it is useful to take around 4000 steps a day out of work. I made around 5000 steps in the gym today. Daily walk is very good for health. But scientists think everything more than 5000 steps is very good for us and we will see a great benefit!
Take a walk is a cheap way to stay fit and healthy. We don’t need to visit gym to be fit and healthy. I prefer the gym only when is cold outside like now.

I get about 6000 steps easily everyday, my target is 8000. I wear fitbit to ensure I get at least 6000 everyday.
