This is in Central Auckland’s Waterfront area, by Okahu Bay. It is a Marina. The largest Marina in central Auckland is Westhaven but this is sizeable enough
As you can see, there is Rangitoto Island in front of the boat ramp. Rangitoto Island is a volcano and it is apparently due to erupt in 500 years time or near that time
