Long promised ROV launch pictures. First, yes we did launch in the rain. But, since the ROV is getting wet anyway, what does it matter if water falls from the sky as well? We went over to Little Seneca Lake. Overall the experience was really fun. We did learn that it is more fun when you have deeper water (which we didn’t have) to see and explore. We were able to wander around the little bay area where we were. It was a learning experience for both of us. We will continue to improve our skills in ROV operations. Still, it was fun to see what was underwater. We don’t live in a part of the world where we have to be careful due to alligators and other swamp creatures like snakes. We just had to worry about mud. Oh yeah, and the last three days of rain had raised the lake level making the actual launching a little tougher than expected.

Adventures are part of life we should all enjoy. I ned to do more adventuring.
My dad used to joke that what lies beyond the next corner was the best thing that day.
Your dad was a joy, I can tell.
If I will go to this lake, I will try to catch a fish.
A lot of people love to fish on this lake. It is a very popular small motor boat lake. (no large outboard or inboard motors).
We don’t have have a lake here. I need to travel to see them.
