Tandoori Chicken, India (3/10)

Chicken marinated in masalas, oil and curd, grilled and served with onion rings and a green chutney. This is a short recipe of one of the most popular dishes in India. It was invented by a Punjabi Hindu in 1947. Another version of the Tandoori Chicken – the Chicken Tikka Masala is also as popular in Europe.
