First – Make a schedule.
I know this may sound silly but it works! I was running back and forth, with my mind filled with everything I needed to do… cook, clean and what about the order, I have to make it and get it out in the mail…. and on and on.
Then I thought about it. Make a schedule. I will tell myself to stop and do this first, I know it will take about an hour.
Next cook, I am sure I can cook a meal in 45 minutes.
Cleaning? …. what day should I do this?
My schedule is often changed by life around me.
