From that close distance I can see the special bark of the trunk. Looks a little like the tamarind tree or giant buxus.
I don’t know much about those trees, but I believe that some use a type of dwarf buxus trees for hedges or landscaping here.
Buxus is indeed dwarf plant as far as I know, and I love it as a bonsai too…
