Funny thing is is that she is dry. Only her legs and chin are wet. She has a wire coat.

Penny has been in the water how pretty she is.
She loves to cool her feet. She always find the shallow perfect spots for her. It’s funny to watch. Always away from the big splashing dogs of course.
