When you peel off the shiny film every CD is covered with, a bluish transparent plastic will emerge. Now, everything is on your imagination, whether to paint it with glass paint (like I did), to glue some fake zircons (also done by me), or to decoupage the surface. It’s up to you.
A little advice: put CD in to the boiling water in order to peel it easier.
