View this post on Instagram"Laughter is timeless, imagination has no age, and dreams are forever" - Walt Disney ❤️: There have been a lot of things I just cannot understand going on in the world lately, and it makes my heart so very sad. All people are deserving of love, happiness, and the power to live freely. For this week's #luxesundaysmoothies I wanted to create a character who is the epitome of happiness (because you can never have too much happy ?), and to me, that is Mickey Mouse. I started with a Tropical Smoothie recipe (which I created for both the flavor ?, and the perfect peachy shade) by combining 3 cups of frozen papaya, pineapple, and mango with 1 1/2 frozen bananas, 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk, 1 tablespoon truvia, 1 cup Greek yogurt, and a pinch of fresh raspberries (makes 3 servings). Then I topped it off with lots of dark chocolate because chocolate also equals happiness imo ?. The gorgeous ❤️ spoon was part of a set of spoons my sweet (and crazy talented) friend Erin @erinlightfeather custom made for me. I am so obsessed with them, I couldn't wait to get one into a picture to share with you ???.
