The next step was to put in about a two-inch layer of bark mulch to dress up the flowerbeds. As can be seen, the plants are beginning to get healthy and to grow. The pink flowers about in the middle of this image are snapdragons. Just beyond the snapdragons is a Russian sage plant to add yet another shade of purple.
Reay for the plant.Looks like very interesting.
It took quite a while to get to this point. I was sure glad when it finally did.
From ugly to greatness.
Very much so, yes. If people hadn’t seen what it looked like before, they wouldn’t have seen how different it was.
The area looks beautiful now.
I have to agree, especially in comparison to what it used to look like.
Nice to see splashes of color.
I wish I had pictures of late in the year. There was lots of yellow from marigolds, there were pink, white, red, and dark blue petunias, purple, yellow, and white pansies, purple Russian sage, and white, blue, and crimson snapdragons. The effect was lovely, thanks to God.
Those are wonderful colors in a garden.
