Anti-aging supplements that are nutritional:

  1. Collagen supplement and bone broth
  2. Antioxidants
  3. Fish oil for omega-3 fatty acids (the vegan butter I buy has omega-3).
  4. Probiotics in supplements because it improves your gut, which will improve your skin. Consider fermented food as well as Kefir yogurt, milk, and other drinks.
  5. Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Green Tea.
