Baking (3/5)

I don’t do a lot of baking normally although I am trained in the catering business. 

However, we have a free power hour with Mercury energy until a set time. So used it for this creation. My neighbour now has some baking and most of the carrot cake is in the freezer. I don’t put icing on unless I can help it.
