After hitting Refresh, all of those questions you entered will magically appear. Now start entering the answers, again just as placemarks like A1, A2, A3 etc. If the text you enter does not appear after adding it, then hit ‘Refresh’ again. Keep doing this until you have the desired number of questions and answers made.
There isn’t really, but methodologically it is simpler.
