This type of phone box is becoming quite rare in most parts of the UK, but London seems to have retained a higher proportion than elsewhere – probably for the entertainment of visitors from America!
there are many things we do for tourists!
the pictures in fairness are more than 10 years old, plus I took the picture because I had seen those in 1972 in the UK, but these were the first I had seen that week in 2004!
Love these bright red booths!
