Last week, I and my wife visited the Zoo in Chandigarh, India. The zoo closes at 5 P.M., so you have to come at least at 4.30 to be able to enter it. We spent two great hours there, enjoying nature and looking at wonderful creatures. Here are some of the animals we took pics of.
You cannot take any food with you, but on the territory of the zoo, there are food courts, shops, and a canteen, where you can have a meal in shade. You can also get some cool drinking water for free in different parts of the zoo and have some rest on the benches in the shelters for visitors.
On the territory of the zoo, there is a beautiful lake.
We enjoyed our visit! A ticket for an adult is around $1.
There is a zoo near me, but I only visited it in childhood. I prefer to visit Safari Garden, which allows me to see many animals without having to get out of the car. Hehehe…
