Wooden Canoe out on Lower Saint Regis Lake Adirondacks

There were hundreds of classic wooden canoes at the annual Wooden Canoe Heritage Association (WCHA) meeting at Paul Smith’s College in the Adirondacks of New York state. Many people took their classic wooden canoes out on Lower Saint Regis Lake.  This canoe can be seen out in the fairly calm water of this beautiful Adirondack lake. The canoe is a “Charles River” type canoe with long beautiful decks and paddled by our past President of the WCHA.
