1. Sounds wonderful being able to get out on the river. I have lately been thinking that if it was financially feasible I would love to live on a houseboat.

   • in the part of the US where we live boats are much cheaper than they are in other parts. Otherwise we wouldn’t have one.

     • In our country, boats are very expensive, and then the rest of the costs. Very few people can afford it.

   • Thank you – we (my wife and I) love to go out on the boat. Our daughter does as well. The twins, however, do not like being on the water.

5. You have a boat on the river, my friend… you are not by the sea …. here are rivers big in our country, but simple rivers on the rivers are forbidden … they are too small and too dangerous

   • we are very close tot he sea, the Chesapeake Bay, part of the Atlantic Ocean is just at the end of our river, about 1.4 miles.

       • it is, we are in a much less crowded part of the rivers leading into the bay.
