The second part of our Sunday in Baltimore was a trip to one of our favorite regional restaurants., James Joyce Irish pub. It is a place we’ve been to in downtown Baltimore in the past. The boys were excited; they were looking forward to enjoying an Irish breakfast. The restaurant is tucked behind the Baltimore Civil War Museum and is around the corner from the inner harbor and the convention center fo Baltimore.
It is a fun place to stop and enjoy the food. Plus they have Guinness on tap, what more could you ask for?
It was a yucky day overall, but we had a blast. It wasn’t raining when we left the boat show and headed to lunch. It was more spitting water than it was raining. It did start raining again as we were driving back across Maryland.) Baltimore is east of Germantown where we live). Downtown Baltimore continues to grow and improve. It is a place that had fallen on hard times for many years, so it is good to see it coming back.
There are a few pictures taken in the restaurant. I usually post food pictures on Yelp but thought I would share those as well. I didn’t take many pictures of the actual boats of the boat show, a few but not many. Not sure why I didn’t take more boat pictures.
