Loving the pics and some great scenes, Doc.
I’ll check out OceanR, thanks.The main thing from a clean-up is to ensure the organisation disposing of the garbage does not return it straight to waste cycle but actually uses it for recycling etc.
There are rumours some less than, let’s say ‘diligent’, operators have re-dumped the waste so they can charge over for its collection disposal (again).-
That is the sad reality of the world we are in! Let me know what you think about OceanR, they have a great mission.

I must say;
– strongly supports the earth’s cleanliness of human waste, especially plastic
– You have lots of beautiful scenery and fun pictures
– My apology if up there I give a little suggestion-

I think a bit of editing can reduce the intensity of light, improve color, and sharpness. But it does take a little time.

yes, but that then begs the question of authenticity. Part of the family history project I started was to share the pictures warts and all. I choose not to edit the pictures other than flipping them when they are reversed.

Oh, I understand that consideration. I’m just thinking about a little improvement without intending to change originality, but that’s just a trivial suggestion anyway. Hehe…

Great photos Doc and a great reminder for all not to throw trash especially plastic in the water. I try my best not to even buy plastic.

We struggle with not buying plastic, but 100% of what comes into our house goes back out in recycling. It is an important goal!

There are a couple of projects out in the wild that are trying to work on the issue. Oceanr is the one I think has the most promise. They are putting a filtered water system into homes, and using the profits from that to fund Ocean cleanup.
