Mersin by the size is not a very large city in Turkey. It is a port city with a very beautiful panorama. Mersin is located more in length than in the width – along with the sea. Therefore, there is a possibility to walk for hours on the seafront. The yacht marina is somewhat like Kemer, but much fewer people. In these small boats, the Turks are sailing further to fish to the sea and then bake their fish in their yachts and offer to try them to the tourists and citizens. Those yachts there are like small cafes. Sit down, swing on the waves, and eat.
Of course, walking around the Muslim land, I wanted to see their mosques. But I found there also the orthodox church. The priest was glad to welcome me and did not forbid to shoot the altar. But that all are not so interesting as stunning caves in Mersin. If you ever come to this city, be sure to visit its caves. Near the Mersin is a few caves.
The photos that I posted here, are made in Aynaligol or otherwise Gilindire cave. This cave is really stunning. And the other one is Hell and Heaven cave, it is also very beautiful. Stalactites figures are stunning.
