1. Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati In Assam

2. Key Monastery, Spiti Valley in Himachal Pradesh

Mahabodhi temple is constructed entirely with brick and is houses with a colossal statue of Buddha seated in the earth-witness mudra.

There is a huge courtyard in the temple which is having several stupas. These stupas are believed to be older than several centuries. The renowned Bodhi tree is the major attraction of the place. It is said that this tree is descendent of the same tree under which Lord Buddha attain enlightenment.

4. Mysore Palace in Karnataka

Once served as the house of ruler of Wadiyar dynasty, Mysore Palace is one of the most charismatic monuments of South India.
