Top 10 most famous places to visit in Poland

It’s impossible to get to know Poland when traveling on highways. Its beauty and greatness reveal itself in sightseeing tours to different regions – Lower Silesia and its capital, Wroclaw, the Baltic coast and the most famous cities of Gdansk, Sopot, the historic Krakow, the Punsk, the mountainous Zakopane and many others.

The capital of Poland is full of contrasts: ancient buildings, narrow streets of the Old Town, multi-apartment buildings that were built in the Soviet era, green parks, overcrowded shopping malls … Here is everything: from historic museums to nightclubs, where the fun goes on till sunrises.

Cracow – the city called the Polish diamond attracts tourists by the beautiful Old Town, the spectacular Wawel Hill statues, and history, which has many links with Lithuania. The remains of Duke Jogaila lie in the Cathedral of Cracow.

Masurian lakes – almost 3 thousand lakes, beautiful medieval castles, baroque St. Lipka Church and former Adolph Hitler Headquarters. A wonderful place for nature, art and history lovers.

And of course, be sure go to Auschwitz concentration camp. A memorial museum was established near the town of Auschwitz in the former concentration camp, which reminds one of the most horrific stages of the world’s history and makes us think about real values.
