Point State Park in Pittsburgh

Next to Fort Pitt in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is the end of the “V” shaped peninsula and Point State Park.  This is a large park with no camping, but lots of great vistas and fountains at the convergence point of the Monongahela and Allegheny Rivers where they become the Ohio River. This park is shown on the map below and many artists have depicted this “Golden Triangle” in their art.
