Here are a few different pictures I took of Orewa Beach and in different circumstances. A beach is a beach what ever the weather is high tide or low tide, and there are all different types of activities, kite surfing, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, dog walking, walking, picnics, barbeques,I even saw some parachutists here and there is an art gallery near by and supermarkets and shops. A farmers market is held on Sunday.
If you come this way to Auckland, New Zealand, this sight is one for your bucket list to visit.
#1 Lone bird and Sky Scape
#2 This is the River mouth of Orewa beach.
#3 Reflections of a Kayak at Orewa.
This is close to the river mouth of Orewa, and a Kayaker is here with their yellow kayak. The sight is of amazing reflections.
If you do this, you need to learn how to get out of the water if the boat is turned upside down. An unexpected wave can tip the boat. In some places you can hire a kayak for an hour or two.
#4 Parachutists day at Orewa
After visiting the Art Gallery, we saw unexpected visitors from the sky. No they are not aliens, but they are humans dropped off by a plane.
They pay a lot of money to do it and the view must be awesome if they are not scared of heights. Some people are scared but do the jump anyway it's said to be good for the character.
