Kodaikanal is located in the South Indian state of Tamilnadu. It is a favored hill station to escape from the scorching Sun during summer months. With lush greenery and picturesque surroundings, it is also known as the Princess of Hill Stations. This hill station was developed by Britishers during the colonial era as they could not bear the heat in the plains during summer. It is currently one of the most favored hill station for people living in Tamilnadu.
